Thats the beauty of the 12 step program. We are left to interpret and doing it out own way in a manner of what works best for us.
I find it hard to meditate and pray for long periods of time, but I find solace in brief &#039;check ins&#039; with myself and my higher power.

&lt;em&gt;I had trouble with it too, until I taught myself to do it.  Most valuable tool in my recovery arsenal.&lt;/em&gt;</description>
