		<description><![CDATA[Wow, Bill, I could have written this post! I&#039;ve been struggling with very similar issues. I&#039;d always been able to eat whatever the hell I wanted, but the magical 4-0 seems to have changed that. The more concerned I got, the more I found myself obsessing about chocolate and ice cream! AND, once I started, the phenomenon of craving took over! UGH! 
I actually attended an OA meeting with another AA&#039;er who attends both programs, but it was a bit too regulated for me. It did help get me started though. I&#039;ve been able to use some of my AA tools to combat the craving and obsessing. You&#039;re right, the more tools we have in our tool kit, the easier it is to find one that fits the job.
