Wow, thanks for posting, this is so well written and relatable. I saw some of myself in that, I never thought of it as an addiction to seduction, I just figured – low self esteem – but i used to pride myself on being able to ‘get’ certain guys (attached or otherwise) and sex had nothing to do with it. It was just capturing the moment they realized they didn’t want to live without me, ether by the way they acted or what they said.
But also, there was this gem: “There is no way to stop a destructive behavior, except to stop.” which is applicable to any addiction. All my addictions.
